These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of startzoneuae.com and the business setup and advisory services provided by StartZone UAE, a brand of e People Solutions FZC (“StartZone UAE”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

StartZone UAE is a UAE business setup consultancy based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, operating as a brand of e People Solutions FZC since 2021. We assist entrepreneurs, investors, and companies with mainland company formation, free zone registration, offshore setup, trade licensing, visa processing, and related corporate services.
Our services
We provide guidance, document preparation, and government-liaison (“PRO”) support to help you register and operate a business in the UAE. The exact scope, fees, and deliverables for your engagement are set out in the quotation or service agreement we provide to you. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.
Quotations and fees
Indicative prices shown on this website — such as mainland setup from AED 18,000, free zone setup from AED 12,000, and offshore setup from AED 18,500 — are starting estimates for typical packages. Final pricing depends on your chosen jurisdiction, business activity, number of visas, office requirements, and current government and free zone fees, which are set by third parties and may change without notice. A formal quotation will confirm the fees applicable to your engagement.
Government and third-party fees
Government, free zone, immigration, and bank charges are set by the relevant authorities and are outside our control. These fees are payable in addition to our professional fees unless your quotation expressly states they are included.
No guarantee of outcome
We provide professional assistance with applications, but final decisions on company registration, licence issuance, visa approval, and bank account opening rest entirely with the relevant UAE government authorities, free zone registries, and banks. StartZone UAE does not control and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, approval, or processing time. Timelines we share are good-faith estimates based on normal processing and may vary.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents, to comply with UAE laws and the regulations of your chosen jurisdiction, and to pay agreed fees on time. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit and for the lawful operation of your business once it is established.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Information on this website and in our general communications is for guidance only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate before making decisions.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to StartZone UAE and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartZone UAE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, or from decisions, delays, or fees imposed by third parties such as government authorities, free zones, or banks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the professional fees you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Refunds
Because much of our work involves non-refundable government and free zone charges and professional time, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with your service agreement. Government and third-party fees that have already been paid to authorities are non-refundable.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
